Jeep Crew Chief 715 Review - Moab, Utah, with amazing geological slickrock, is a special place for the faithful Jeep and a playground that is ideal for 4 x 4 brand. This is also the site of Easter Jeep Safari, off-road feast held around the holiday weekend that draws thousands of four wheels to a desert outpost. While this event is not exclusively for the Jeep brand, enthusiasm for it has resulted in the creation of some of the shut-up-and-take-my-money concepts over the years [see sidebar, below]. Jeep Crew Chief 715 styling
Coated Tactical Green paint, design Chief Crew inspired by military utility rig M715 Kaiser from the late 1960s, based on the civilian Jeep Gladiator pickup problems. The M715 two-plus-year production run short, but still resonates loudly in the Jeep community. the relationship of the strongest concepts to the blunt line of M715, muzzle forward-slanted and narrow, lattice mesh. evolved styling about as important here as they are for latrines, so rough the Crew Chief serves as all business: custom truck bed five feet, a minimalist top, and front and rear tow bumper integrated into a sturdy steel.

The concept of Crew Chief may look ready frontline, but mostly stretched Wrangler Unlimited. While narrow, 40-inch-high, has the direction of the military truck tires sites look correct school parents, they are wrapped around the 20-inch beadlock wheels. Jeep Wrangler lives and future upgrade rear axle for a beefier Dana 60 units, lifting body by four inches, and features a Fox Racing silencer 2.0 remote-reservoir. Jeep Crew Chief 715 Powertrain
Although the original Kaiser Jeep M715 is supported by 133-hp inline-six Tornadoes, head Crew maintain the Wrangler 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6, rated at 285 drive and 260 pound-feet of torque from the factory. It was hardly impressive in addition to several other Jeep Moab concept, but enough to get the head of the Crew wherever needed. The concept of adding a cold air intake is required and more free-flowing exhaust to improve breathing, while the stock five-speed automatic transmission handles the shifting.

Jeep Crew Chief 715 Interior
Wrangler interior modern Crew Chief stands in contrast with nostalgically bodywork, luxurious and it's more than the 1960s Jeep driver could imagine. Inside, the Jeep changed very little for the task concept, save to insert canvas leather seats. There is also a large navigational compass bolted to the center stack and four military-style toggle switch on top of the dashboard for accessories, air compressor, and front and rear locking difference. Presence on the trail-and auto-show stand are a priority for this build, which is fine with us. We still want one.
